As guardians of these gifts from the earth, we understand that nature’s creations are not about perfection but about connection, healing, and the raw beauty they bring into our lives. Each crystal, with its own set of characteristics, may come with divots, marks, scratches, and other natural imperfections that make it uniquely yours.

Receiving Your Order

Upon the arrival of your order, we kindly ask that you inspect your new treasures within 72 hours. It's essential to us that your experience matches the quality and essence of our crystals. This inspection period allows you to familiarize yourself with the unique characteristics of your items and ensure their condition aligns with your expectations.

In Case of Issues

We strive for your complete satisfaction with our crystals and service. If for any reason you encounter an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 15 days. We are committed to resolving any concerns swiftly and efficiently.

  • Contact Us: Should there be any concerns with your order, please immediately contact our support team at support@thegaiahealingstone.com. Your peace of mind is our priority, and we are here to support your journey with our crystals.

  • Photographic Evidence: To expedite the process, we kindly request that you provide photographs of the item(s) in question. This allows us to assess the situation accurately and assist you more effectively.

  • Return Process: Upon reviewing your case, we will initiate the return process immediately. Our team will guide you through each step, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

  • Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
